RingHunting.ie, RingHunting.com and RingHunting.co.uk are all online brands managed by Elliffe Consulting. We set this website up in order to make the process of buying jewellery, rings and future heirlooms online easier to do in Ireland and Britain.
From experience, we know the crazy mark-up that jewellers command. We know the pressure that one can feel when ring shopping in a jewellers. Which ring to choose? Its almost closing time and you haven't made a final decison. And family and friends are expecting a ring. Yikes!! Remember though, the jeweller won't fancy exchanging it for you afterwards. But if you buy it online, and you think it fits but you just don't like how it looks on your finger, you can send it back! Now that's shopping!! We believe passionately in getting value for money and believe that the best doesn't always cost the most. Especially not in Ireland. We recommend Blue Nile Engagement Rings for couples who want the most bang for their buck. We believe that choices made in private (in the planned setting of a romantic evening in or maybe a hotel weekend getaway) are better than those made in a hurry in a jeweller's showroom,;under the watchful eye of a target-driven high-commission salesperson.
“When it comes to ring-shopping, three is definitely a crowd”
There is simply no better value, risk-free and enjoyable (we think!) way of ensuring you get the right ring for both of you than shopping online with the world's largest jeweller, blue nile, whose European base is in Dublin. No matter which online jeweller or mail order catalogue you choose, you still need to know your ring size though (its got to be a very snug fit if you don't want to lose it!!) Measuring with lengths of string or paper simply doesn't cut it; in our view. If you are serious about buying rings online, we at RingHunting.com can send you the best value ring sizer on the market today, the Multisizer. (See our shop links on the right). Then shop online in confidence by clicking on this link Search for Diamonds at Blue Nile.
If you want to be assured that the diamond you've just spent so much money on is what the seller says it is, you need an internationally recognisable certificate like GIA or AGSL. But in order to know that your diamond is your diamond, a jeweller's loupe can come in very handy. This way, for less than €10 delivered, you get to 'see' your diamond's slight imperfections under 10X magnification, the industry standard. Should you ever hand your diamond in for cleaning, you can mutually agree those markings with the jeweller and have those features noted on your invoice. That way, although fraud is indeed a rare occurrence, you know you'll be getting YOUR diamond back when you go to collect. Plus you get to view your diamond, whenever you like, in all of its glory ladies!
